南シナ海に熱帯低気圧

気象庁は2023年10月17日午前10時12分、南シナ海で発達している熱帯低気圧が「今後、24時間以内に台風に発達する見込み」と発表しました。

この熱帯低気圧が発達して台風が発生すると、令和5年台風16号となります。
